Text related items – User defined fields

The Online renewal form can only update member’s static data from the top portion of the Renewal form. It cannot update any User defined fields

If you wish to get information to populate your own user defined fields then the questions can be created for use on the renewal form but the data will have to be added to the membere’s record manually.  At the time of dealing with the renewal form – when you are changing the status from Pending to Approved you can view the renewal form. On the right hand side of the screen the history is shown and one of the line will contain Online renewal request (click for detail) Click on this link and you can then see how the member has completed the form. 

You can request the membeers fills in additionkal information in the Notes field at the foot of the form.
