Sending mail shots

You can select which type of member are to receive a mailshot you can also select or supress individual members from the email shot list.

The easiest way it from the UTILITIES menu to select either MEMBER MAILSHOTS or OFFICER MAILSHOTS as appropriate.

Select the template to be used and then select ALL records for this association/branch.

Now go through the list and UNTICK those who are NOT to receive the email.

When done click on the Preview Mailshot button on the lower right corner of the screen and you will see a list of the emails that will be sent. At this point you can select or de-select members from the mail shot by adding or removing a tick from the left of the screen.

Page down through this list and at the end is a button Execute Mailshot  which will send out all of the emails
