Manager access

For a Manger to edit the Association record their permitted branches must be “All Branches” eg ??.*. If their record shows access to branch 0 they will not be able to edit the Association record
If the association does not have any branches the Manager will not be able to edit Association records if their access is ??.0 it must be ??.*
