It is imperative that the correct data source for template fields is used for Online renewal/confirmation emails otherewise they will not be visible from the appropriate drop down box.
The choice of Online Renewal template can be made as the renewals are being sent out. The Confirmation email is selected from the drop down box in SETTINGS – CUSTOM FIELDS
