As Cornwall (17) has a central membership secretary for all of its branches there are problems with rolling  data forward at the end of the year.

What has to be done is

  1. Martin needs to change the master record to be the appropriate period.
  2. Go to each of Cornwall’s (17.??) branch settings and change the active period as appropriate.
