Testing email templates

Test emails will only include the merge codes and not the data.

The reason for this is when a merge takes place the program needs to know the selection of people it is being sent to. When a test email is sent no actual merge takes place.

If you wish to test your email just send it to yourself. When you send an email the screen changes and shows the email address of all the people selected. You can elect to send it to none of them and then put a tick against your name and you will be sent it.
